Activity


• the class into teams and the scenario is explained. ( the number of students in a group can be changed depending on the number of students in the class ).


• Each team is provided with the props that are required for the role play.


• One student has to act the customer making the reservation and the other student as the steward taking the phone call. The steward should write down the steps for making reservations as learnt.
